The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

Nice, very clean hotel, kind helpful staff. I had a room on higer floor, very nice room, comfortable and calm. Near to the center, to the shops and the restaurants.

This modern hotel in the heart of Mannheim is just a short stroll from the Rosengarten congress centre, the Planken and Kunststraße shopping streets, and Mannheim Main Station. Great location, friendly staff. Great value for money.
