Hotel El Faro features a shared lounge, terrace, a bar and casino in Cartagena de Indias. Aircon, clean room, tv with netflix, very modern furniture and the bathroom is great. Whilst the rest of the city did not have water, this hotel did not have a problem with it the whole time I was there. The rooftop is nice as well, great view on both the sunset and the sunrise. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Manga is a lot cheaper to stay for restaurants as well.
