Location was perfect, we were walking distance everywhere. Despite the hotel is in down town, with a lot of noise around, the room was quite, we could sleep wonderful. Rooms are comfy, and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious room, nice shower and fluffy towels. Comfy big bed. Fantastic blackout blinds which also dulled the sound of the street. Balcony - although it's view was on to the street. Nice courtyard to sit and relax. Within walking distance to all the sights of the old city. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but I did see it and it looked good. They let me leave one of my bags in storage a week before I was due to stay as I was traveling further up the coast.
