The staff is charming, they care about giving you a quality service and were very kind to us when it came to arrange excursions or cab service. Especially the manager, Hank Yan, was very attentive every day to make sure we didn't miss anything and was very attentive to everything.

Amazing design to the hotel, fantastic view outside the window as you can see the classic Beijing Hutong with beautiful trees outside your window. and the interior design really utilised marble everywhere. The bedding was really premium, I have never had a better sleep.
