THE IPANEMA IS LOCATED TWO BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BEACH. It is a hidden gem. Quaint patio and outdoor dining area. Modern yet comfortable interior. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Victor at the reception was so attentive and caring and helpful. Vinny helped with bags and any other needs. Esai our waiter went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. The rooms are basic and comfortable and a good size. The downstairs area lends itself to long lunches and good conversation. The food and breakfasts were great. High recommend it.

Sol Ipanema offers a superb location on the Ipanema Beach seafront, within a vibrant area of bars and restaurants. It features a sunny terrace with breathtaking coast views. WiFi is free. I like the treat of the staff, the recepcionist, the people who cleaned the room...all the staff and also the food.
