This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The owner is really helpful and friendly. I wish we stayed longer. I really liked the breakfast and most importantly the bed was comfy :) We went to see the Christmas markets and it was really close to it so we had a really good time.

This 5 star superior hotel is located in a unique 15th-century former ducal palace in Bruges and only 280 metres from the Markt. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They booked whatever we needed and very helpful in answering our inquiries. The location was also amazing, right next to everything and the old town and historic areas and museums. The breakfast was fabulous and the rooms are so spacious and clean, with everything one might need as a traveller. I cannot praise it enough.

Would definitely recommend it and hoping someday to stay again there!! Lovely view from our window to the canal and free bikes from the hotel to discover the city!!!

Would highly recommend.

Hotel Dukes' Academie, part of the prestigous Dukes' Hotel Collection, is located less than 100 metres from the famous Minnewater in a scenic and peaceful area of Bruges. Staff at the reception is funny and friendly. My room was very spacious with great amenities. I had both a walk in shower and a bath tub. Location could not have been better too. It is central yet quiet. You can see everything within a walking distance from the hotel. It took me 10 min to walk to/from the train station with my luggage.

A bit expensive but really nice. Lovely breakfast. a bit disappointed on our last night when we returned to hotel after dinner at 10.20 and wanted one drink before bed only to be told the bar was closed. We were a group of 6 staying for 3 nights so we thought this was pretty poor. but everything else was great. I would highly recommend it.
