Actually and honestly, every single employee was very welcoming and open to suggestions and questions….. everything is 1M/10 . Laundry was so fast and i got it ironed as well . We got complemantry fruites and nuts , marshmallows for our kids . It was super clean, amazing view . The foooooooood the fooood is amazing and reasonable prices for a lexurry hotel . My kids loved their food a lot also they have cooking activity for kids ( big thanks to our amazing (cheif Vugar ) and ( anstasia ) the one that took care of us during our stay

Very polite staff. Good restaurants and breakfasts were really delicious. The hotel's location is really nice. It's really near the Citi center and has such beautiful streets. And... They offer to try their own wine free:) I was really impressed by this hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels that I have visited! It’s 4 starts hotel but the overall quality like 5 stars I took this hotel for 3 nights and it was so nice. I would like to thank the staff specially mr Samir and his friends in the reception. In last day it was my wife birthday and I asked them to give me something they made a nice celebration at the breakfast. Mr samir in the restaurant and his lovely friends done by I would like to thank them all. I advise anyone going to Baku to stay in this nice hotel even for one night to see and judge. I can say that we liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Satisfied with bathroom amenities. We waited for a Swedish table at breakfast, but it didn't happen. breakfast was served to us as a set. It was explained that it was presented in this way due to the small number of guests at the moment. The main thing is that we did not go hungry. The staff was quite accommodating. Would I choose this hotel again? probably yes.

We slept soundly every night, appreciating the tranquility. Our room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with restful sleep. Daily housekeeping was thorough, with the room being cleaned perfectly and toiletries restocked every day. The shower was particularly impressive, offering good water pressure and consistently warm water, which made for a refreshing experience. Overall, our stay at Maestro Address Hotel was fantastic. The combination of exceptional service, relaxing ambiance, and a perfect location made it an unforgettable experience.
