Beautiful staff the lady on the reception in the morning recommended us some amazing places to go around as it was our first time in Melbourne. Made our experience wholesome. The Manager went over an above to assist us in getting to the Apartments (as we lost our way). He was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was was in easy reach of the City Center without all the busyness and noise. The free tram stop was no more than 100 meters away. We had a beautiful view of the water. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was quite spacious and was very comfortable. The only thing I had to complain about was there was no sharp knife, so really had no complaints at all.
