It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is located in 4 historic palaces in the centre of Vienna and combines luxury with contemporary design. A 24-hour room service is available. Service was amazing, especially Max, room was very clean , quiet and comfy bed.

This family-run hotel offers a very central location in a quiet street in the heart of Vienna, just a 10-minute walk away from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral. The good location close to main attractions, safe neighbourhood, clean rooms, polite stuff.

Matatagpuan ang traditional Hotel Sacher sa gitna ng Vienna, sa tapat ng State Opera at katabi mismo ng Karntner Straße. The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I experienced. The hotel exudes Viennese retro charm. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. We got an upgrade to our room and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast bar was diverse and all the produce fresh. There is also a complimentary tea time in the afternoon at the hotel salon with homemade cake being served. The location of the hotel at the heart of Vienna is also excellent with all off the main museums, the royal palace, theatre, opera house and Stephansplatz within walking distance.

The air-conditioned ARTIST Boutique Hotel is located in Vienna's elegant Josefstadt district with its numerous historical buildings and Town Hall, and just 500 meters from Ringstrasse and the Imperial... Everything about our stay was delightful. Staff courteous and helpful. Surroundings and furniture made us feel like a King and Queen. Highly recommend a stay here.
