The best room service , hassle free check-,in/out , very polite and helpful staff .I cannot miss mentioning about Ms Mary who literally helped and readily solved our queries regarding other amenities, stay, bookings etc . I was very delighted to the fact that I could even plan a small bday surprise too with all the fire alarm guidance and could get it done at the outdoor seating of the hotel . We really liked the fact that every staff on the floor doesn't miss to greet us even in the presence of cultural differences . We had a very comfortable stay at this property and not just that this property is very easily accessible to metro , airports , bus stations .Heartfelt Thankyou to the aloft staff

Grand Mercure Dubai City is a 5-star hotel located next to GGICO metro and near to Dubai Airport. Everything was good and professionally done. Scrumptious Buffet setting 😋 The staff's always ready to assist... at the Breakfast desk Putu was Ever smiling and very welcome. I liked her services. Can recommend Grand Mercure Dubai Airport Hotel anytime. Not forgetting to mention about other meals 😋. It was a home away from home. See you again GMercure.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of city, Flora Inn Hotel is situated in Dubai, just a 10 minute drive from Deira City Centre Shopping Mall, Festival City Shopping Mall and Al Ghurair... I like the location, the food is very good and all the staff are very friendly and they provide an excelent service to the guests. (This is my 4th time in this hotel)

Overlooking Dubai Creek, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel accommodations with 2 outdoor pools, 5 restaurants, gym and spa. Guests receive complimentary WiFi in all areas of the property. I traveled for my 40th birthday with my family and stayed at this hotel and I had a great time. From check-in to check out everything was great. They assisted with booking a restaurant for my big day dinner and even surprised me in my room with a birthday cake. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always say hello with a smile. I felt a genuine hospitality here and I'll definitely come back!

The room space is very good and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful , and everything was satisfying, and more than expectations.

Steps from the GGICO Metro Station, the 4-star Meridien offers an outdoor pool with a hot tub. It is just 3 km from Terminal 1 of the Dubai International Airport. The room was comfortable without being flashy -- I think the hotel is older than its larger sister which has the conference centre but, if you want more dining and entertainment options, there is a free shuttle to that other hotel. Anyway, the Fairway's neighbourhood is interesting and it's even in walking distance of the City Mall. I'm particularly glad I took the breakfast option as it was excellent and reasonably priced by Dubai standards. Most importantly, the staff at reception were simply superb: friendly, helpful and cheerful.
