I was absolutely lost in all of the amazing food stalls at the night market. That pretty much took my entire agenda. I originally wanted to go to take a dance class however I arrived too late. It's a medium size city where lots of foreign workers coming from South Asia gather here for work. Excellent location and traveller can easily arrive in this district by taking the metro, bus, train or taxi. Lots of food stands, night markets and chain restaurants that offer a variety of choices of the food (especially traditional Taiwanese food, such as rice noodles, huge fired chicken stake, spring roll, and of course, bubble tea! If you transfer flight in Taiwan and still get around 5 to 6 hours, Zhongli is a good place to spend your time here.

Short taxi ride from Zhongli train station to the hotel, and also a not too far taxi ride from the hotel to the subway station ('Huanbei') for catching the direct airport line that connects the airport with Taipei Main Station too.
