The pool and lobby area were beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The price is high for what you get, but we knew this going in. You pay for location, right on the ocean. It's a 20 minute drive to get into town to do anything, so only stay here if you like the seclusion. Food and drink from the Pelican Grill was reasonably priced and good portions.
Our flight was changed last minute and we had to check out a night early. They charged a $125 cancellation fee. Nothing we could do about it, and I kind of get it. But the hotel was booked solid. I'm sure they booked out our room anyway and they didn't need to charge us.
Just a 5-minute drive from the centre of town, Rincon offers rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea, outdoor swimming pool or the hotel's tropical gardens.

The pool and pool bar were great. The food was nice and it was great to be able to eat while sitting in the pool or get out and enjoy the view from the seated area. It was also right on the beach which was great, we could hear the waves from our room at night.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It's a small property, right on the beach, which created the opportunity for peaceful sunrises and sunsets right on the beach. The hotel was in walking distance to good restaurants and activities.

We didn't stay downtown Rincon, but just outside about a 10 minute drive close to Steps Beach, where lots of surfers hang out. The downtown itself seemed very lively and there were some good restaurants that catered to different tastes and different price points. The beach in Rincon itself was quite large and wide and it had fine, yellow sand and beautiful sunsets. Lots of people gathered there to watch the sun go down. It seemed very popular with locals and tourists alike.

Avoid booking casa buena vista through booking.com. Booking.com chat is riddled with fraud and scams.
Deceptive booking.com description. This is not a 2br condo. These are 2 separate units on 2 separate floors. A studio and a 1 bed room. Do not book thinking this is a single 2 bedroom unit.
Poor communication between booking.com, rental management, and host. Booking did not provide check in instructions. Had to email host for instructions. Check in instructions are confusing as there are multiple units to check in to not just one. Lock boxes have address numbers on them but the numbers are not provided. Host provided phone number to call with issues for a 3am check in but did not answer phone. A very frustrating booking and check in experience that is easily avoided with accurate property description paired with accurate check in instructions.

Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff. Didn't like the room looks faded and there was a lot of rust, room maintenance, bar closed too early, no coffee or water at the lobby no business station

Best place to visit however due to many expats moving in the prices for everything are skyrocketing because well people love to spend here. Once you go you’ll continue to return the many shops and the owners are very welcoming and do treat everyone like family no matter where you go. Favorite spot for me is the Lighthouseaks El Farro, the Balneario Hut and Beach, especially Karaoke Nights, as well as, Rincon Bakery for the huge and tasty breakfast sandwiches to name a few. The area is easy to get to know major businesses are either on Route 115 or 413 so getting lost isn’t really a concern. I would avoid driving into or out of town on Thursday afternoon or evenings due to art night in the plaza many people come in and all school areas out or during school breaks out hours which is anywhere in PR at around 2-230pm..
Wow! This hotel is like a mini resort right in the heart of Rincon! The grounds are beautifully kept and I loved walking through the trees and plants that are all along the path to the rooms. When we stayed, we were lucky enough to be there when their restaurant was open (I believe hours are currently Fri-Mon 2pm-10pm). We didn't get food, though it looked incredible, but the convenience of having a bar right next to the pool was fantastic. If I have the chance to return to Rincon, I will certainly try to stay here again!
We had a room away from the beach, but as the property is literally right on the ocean there's a big patio where everyone can watch the waves or walk the sand (and often did). Swimming there isn't the best because of the coral just off shore, but the location is great - in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to town and grocery stores. The staff were amazingly friendly. It's not a big fancy hotel, so as long as you're expecting a homey little place, you'll be delighted.
Loved everything about it. It was better than some 3 star hotels in I have stayed at. Right on the beach and has a pool. Minutes from Rincon Townsqaure. Bar/Restaurant were excellent. Bathroom was great, Towel service for the pool/beach.
Easy in/out parking. Easy drive to Aguadilla or Cabo Rojo. Would definitely stay again if back in Rincon. Also the best sunsets on the island
On the beach with a great view of the ocean. Splendid pool and bar. We were there for 3 nights, the first night we were in a room near some construction/renovation, after we asked to move they gave us a much better location. The rooms are spotless as also the rest of the hotel. Very well kept. I also felt safe as it is a gated community.
We absolutely fell in love with Rincon and our lovely Inn. Our dream is to come back every year or move here in a decade. You can walk to beaches or restaurants or the city square. We loved the beautiful pool and the wild chickens roaming around. There was live music and a food truck park across the street.
This little hotel's room was clean and beautifully decorated and there was an abundance of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and there was always adequate parking. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on site but it was near to the beaches and there were good restaurants close by.
My room had a view of the sea between the trees up the hill which is beautiful even for someone that's used to watch the beach. The location was peaceful but close enough to downtown Rincon. Space in the rooms is good, clean, with a place to put snacks and a fridge.
Perfect location in Rincon, and the staff was beyond helpful. The room was spacious, and we even got beach towels without asking. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I would love to come back another time.
Love that my room in las villas was so close to the bleach. The room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The personnel was serviceable and the food was good. The hotel localizations are centered.
Right across from a public beach and great restaurant. 5 min walk to downtown Rincon with more fabulous food and people watching. Woke up to beautiful beach views. Just an unforgettable trip.
Nice apartment close to the beach and some restaurants. Very comfortable bed and helpful owners. The city of Rincon is close with a 10 minutes drive. Generally nice area around.
Staff was friendly, the pool area is nice. The rooms were what we expected. Nice lobby area. We loved staying in Rincon. Loved our balcony view of the pool and ocean.
