Lovely, family-run, quiet and classy spot. Very friendly and flexible service. We interrupted their family eating dinner at one point, looking for a coffee, and the lady of the house said "No problem, no problem... tell me ANYTHING" which was the cutest and also a good summary of the service :-) We were in rooms 1 and 2; both clean and spacious and comfy; a little quirky and creaky and random stairs, doors and shutters... all the stuff that made it special. The food was the best we had during our week in Sicily; all the more fun because we didn't have to go anywhere for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. (Note: There *isn't* anywhere to go... but if there had been we still would have stayed put because it was too wonderful to leave). Don't expect a "cheap" meal; it's a quality restaurant and the prices are reasonable and appropriate for what you get. Pro tip: ORDER THE ORANGE AND ONION SALAD. Grassy area around a little pool with a few lounge chairs, nothing to see but hills and cactus and a few little lizards. If you prefer to visit a friend than stay in a hotel, you will love this. In this case, a friend with good taste who lives in a very old authentic Sicilian house and happens to be an amazing chef :-)

Pretty much everything. The warm and generous hospitality from the owners and staff made us feel at home. The food was delicious - the best meals we had in Sicily. The setting is just perfectly beautiful and peaceful. Watching the moon rise over the mountains at night and being in an old olive farm/mill and surrounded by olive trees that are hundreds of years old was really special. Loved that we could eat and buy the olive oil made from their trees there.

B&B Akrai is centrally located. My room had a small balcony and a window looking directly over piazza del Popolo and facing San Sebastián. The view was perfect. There was good WiFi signal in my room.
A small breakfast is served in a cafe in the piazza, circa 25 meters from the B&B. The host, Leonardo, was very helpful.
I would describe the accommodation as basic, but this is normal in a provincial town, and the price was very reasonable.
Providing quiet street views, Casa dei Giurati in Palazzolo Acreide provides accommodations and a bar.

Very spacious room, clean, big bathroom & balcony! View to the church & 10 minutes walk (good little stair climb!) up to main plaza. Good restaurant nearby if you don’t want walk up. Easy parking close by.

This is a rare find, with a wonderful location and a beautiful courtyard. My family was very comfortable, and the owners were amazing and attentive, but non intrusive. It was all very easy, without fuss. I hope to rent the same place, again, as needed. The washing machine made it even better, because we left with clean clothes in our suitcases.
Beautiful views, relaxing. Great breakfasts. Worth having dinner one evening. Room was functional but basic.
Pantalica is a must visit for a swim. Palazolla Acreide was lovely and a good place for food.
