Clondalkin is close to the centre of Dublin, however the motorways take a bit of gettng used to, if you are not used to such an intricate network of motorways then you might spend a significant amount of time getting lost and going round in circles. However its close to many things and there is a shopping centre close by with all the popular outlets.

Room service is pizza only after 9pm and a choice of two.
Room service is pizza only after 9pm and a choice of two. I got margarita it was vile, expensive and would not recommend. Breakfast was passable but needed improvement and more attentive floor staff .Room perfect, reception staff lovely but clearly using a computer system that causes delays ,it should not take over 10 mins to check someone in when they arrive after peak check in time. We didnt have dinner in the restaurant so cannot comment but avoid room service after 9pm and walk across to burger king...thank me later.

We stayed just one night on our way back from the West and with an early ferry in the morning and so did not have an opportunity to see the area or use local services. It was a useful place to stay for access to the city centre and looked well cared for.

We really enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. It is not our first stay and it certainly will not be our last. It is so convenient for us. It is very central for our needs. We just love staying there as we are always treated extremely well by all the staff. We look forwarded always to staying there

The hotel has got a great location.
The hotel has got a great location. You can access a lot of different areas of Dublin from here. There are a number of Parkruns that are within easy reach of Clondalkin. I have stayed here before and I would intend to stay here again in the future.

Great parking, a huge shopping centre nearby, & instant access to the main Motorway to the West, a real bonus for a traveller like myself.
I ate very comfortably in my room, having bought in food at the Shopping Centre opposite the hotel. The Clayton hotel staff were very efficient and helpful, they made my overnight a very pleasant experience.
Lovely hotel, friendly helpful reception staff. Easy parking. The bedroom had everything you could need, lots of wardrobe space, a well filled tea and coffee station and even a couple of biscuits. Shower was powerful and they provided robes and slippers which was a lovely touch.
It’s very close to a petrol station and shop. I would definitely stay again should I need a hotel in that area.
Breakfast was fantastic, staff was amazing would stay here aGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT AS the LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR the DUBLIN TRAIN JUST ALONG THE ROAD PERFECT TO GET TO DUBLIN & BACK check times walking from the train in Dublin is a short distance to the city center... book hotel in advance to be sure not to be disappointed...........
This visit was an overnight stay to visit the Wild Lights in Dublin. 2 adults and 2 kids. It was good value and couldn't be closer to the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, which is why we chose it. The pool was a big hit with the kids too. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice. It's a very kid friendly hotel so expect lots of families.
What I liked: 1. The simplicity of hotel
2. Functionality . 3. Interior design.
4. Parking good. 5 cleanliness A1.
6. Staff excellent
7. Price met our budget and inspires us to use that hotel anytime we go Dublin especially coming from the West. And for that we thank you.
This property was too far from Center City Dublin. The description led us to believe the transportation to the city was more convenient and easy then it was. So we checked out after one night instead of staying for 10.
The night team is great especially the lads working at reception. Always very friendly and warm welcoming. I stay quiet often in this hotel due to work. I definitely recommend this hotel for its price and in general.
Location was very good, easy connection to the Dublin centre by tram, However, the tram station little bit too far from the hotel. Very easy and rather short way to drive to the airport.
I just love the Louis Fitzgerald hotel, clean, comfortable and great value for money, I stay here if I'm attending anything outside Dublin city centre.
