Very small room more like a prison cell very hot uncomfortable and a constant humming noise from the equipment outside the window. A terrible disgrace for a room. All this and we asked for a quiet peaceful room when we booked! A shocking disgrace. We left early and did not stay the second night despite prepaying in full. We demand a full refund please… the hotel manager is aware and suggested this request is made through you.
