Working town - agricultural and furniture making - yet very...
Working town - agricultural and furniture making - yet very relaxed and friendly. Easy to visit Caceres - and still enjoy the wildlife and natural environment of Los Barruecos and small town ambience. Loved Plaza with its canopy of umbrellas. Museum about the droving of huge herds of sheep between pastures is fascinating - though all captions in Spanish. Important museum/gallery in Los Barruecos.ChristineUnited Kingdom

Very clean standard, no frills hotel. Very adequate three course dinner, with bread and a glass of wine for just 15eur. Our waiter, Juan, was brilliant. He put a note on our table welcoming us , translated into English , and was very friendly and helpful. We even got a handshake and kisses after dinner. Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet, had a nice view and we could see our car in the car park.
