The accommodation looks newley done. Fully equiped self catering. Spacious, but some attention to detail needed. Friendly reception. With a little bit attention this could be fantastic accommodation.

A very boutique little lodge, with everything sparkling clean and all those small touches that make your stay special. The owner helped with info about the surroundings. All amenities in place. Family room is very conveniently arranged. Special thanks to Lizette for the delicious welcome drink and a cozy mattress for my little daughter. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The lemon for my tea came directly from the garden!

it is a lovely cottage, super modern with all the comforts and amenities one would need. super clean, extremely modern. An absolute gem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Host is very friendly and helpful. One tiny suggestion though: the sliding door is so clean that I went through the door and luckily I banged my glass in my hand against it instead of my head. Perhaps a vinyl sticker in the middle of the door could help preventing head knocks. lol

The perfect stopover between the Western Cape and KZN. It is close enough to Kimberley but situated on a beautiful, peaceful lodge. We pre-ordered a delicious chicken and mushroom pie which was ready for us when we had unpacked. The breakfast, with its welcoming fireplace, was delicious. Hannelise was a fantastic host and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We as a family enjoyed our stay at Stablewood Lodge. The 2 bedroom cottages are comfortable and very private. There are electric blankets for the cold nights as well as an air conditioner in every room. Well worth a visit if you want to explore Kimberley or as a quick stayover.
