Des del primer moment ens hem sentit com a casa, des de la meravellosa rebuda del Henry fins al confort de la casa on ens hem allotjat. Vem estar tant a gust que vem allargar la nostra estança fins a una setmana. La casa és molt gran, la cuina té tot lo necessari per cuinar, també hi ha nevera, taula i cadires, televisió, ventilador, aire acondicionat i una terrassa al un pati preciosament cuidat. El lloc és molt tranquil però és a prop de botigues i del poble on hi ha molts llocs on menjar i beure. Es poden llogar motos en perfecte estat al mateix lloc a un preu molt raonable. Només tenim paraules d’agraïment i poder tornar algun dia!

There are not enough stars, no number big enough to rate properly the stay we had at Gert and Janice’s. The little and charming stone house in their garden is just simply amazing, with all the confort needed and great accommodations. The location, on the top of the hill offers great views on the sea and on Mantigue Island below. It also has a cooler climate, which felt really nice in a journey in the Philippines where it can be really hot sometimes. A true oasis of the Camiguin heights. But most of all, our hosts were the nicest, very kind, considerate and lovely. We really enjoyed spending time with them. The breakfasts were the best meals we had in the country so far, after a month and a half traveling around. Everything is fresh and comes from their own garden or nearby, so they can make sure of the origin and healthiness of their products, and it is of course delicious, very well prepared by the couple. We extended our stay, and still were sorry to leave. They made our stay in Camiguin simply unbelievable and unforgettable. We couldn’t be more grateful for their welcome, and simply to have met such nice people in a paradise place.

The hostel is great. Well equipped kitchen, very friendly hosts, good wifi, cheapest we saw on the island. The location was quiet and not so far from the main area, walkable distance to the waterfall. The shower in our room wasn't hot so the host let us use another room's shower which was better but still not perfect.
