The house is authentic, historical, and every detail is beautiful and immaculate. The renovations were lovingly designed and executed to simultaneously preserve and showcase the antiquity, while offering modern convenience and comfort. The grounds are a wonder of trees and flowers which offer many cozy places to sit and picnic or just enjoy vistas of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The surrounding dirt roads are deserted and perfect for walking. I believe you can connect to trails which go on indefinitely. Andrea is the sweetest, kindest, host you could imagine. He clearly loves meeting people and enthusiastically explains the history of the farm, Siena, and gives excellent guidance for how to get the most of your time in the area including how to avoid crowded places. The breakfast was a wonderful and generous array of more than a half dozen homemade pastries, each more unique and delightful than the last, as well as an ample supply of fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, cereals, pizzas, and great coffee however you like it. In short, it is everything you could possibly want The location is great for access to Siena in 20 minutes, and easy access to points east, west, and south.

Elissa and her father were very welcoming. Elissa gave us some good ideas for places to visit and pointed us to a shuttle bus into Sienna ( 15 minutes away.) The apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, large lounge and bedroom, tastefully furnished. The setting in the countryside amongst the family’s beautiful homes was quiet, stunning and beautifully kept with a private outside eating area and attractive plants. We loved the swimming pool with its views of Sienna in the distance and the gorgeous local countryside. Elissa had clearly gone to some trouble to find the kind of pillow which I had requested which gave me a very comfortable night’s sleep.

The accommodation was really amazing - very close to Sienna and overlooking the Tuscany hills. We had an entire separate house for us with a nice veranda with great view.

Patrizia made us feel so welcome at her beautiful farmhouse, perfectly situation in the hills outside of Siena. The place is extremely well maintained, surrounded by olive groves, with easy access and covered parking. We had a simply perfect two nights here and cannot recommend it enough. Sabrina was welcoming and helpful. She brought homemade cakes and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The fridge was stocked with food for breakfast, and enough for lunch as well. It was easy to get to Siena and park the car by following her directions. The location is central to many small Tuscan towns. We stayed 3 nights and went out to new towns every day.

Unique experience hosted by an Italian couple. The highlight for sure is the breakfast area and food served at breakfast. The infinity pool was very relaxing. Many common areas inside and outside to hangout and relax. Great views of Siena and only a short drive away (7 minutes to the old town). This podere (farm) will be different than any other experience you have on your trip. Nicest hosts, don’t hesitate to book this one. Stay here when in Siena.

It was a 20 minute drive into Sienna. but we had fresh country air.

Breathtaking view, I think I left a piece of my soul there. Very cozy room where even a bathroom has a window with a view. The hotel is homey and sets the tone for relaxation. You wake up to the ringing of the tower bells which is very romantic. The city is mesmerizing and I definitely want to come back and will choose this hotel again. Best price per quality ratio in Italy.
