The owners were there bright and early every morning cleaning the grounds up and watering plants and flowers that make the place stand out and there very friendly people. We were here for a jet ski trip for 2 days only think that is lacky is the parking lot very nice but know real place to park a truck and trailer although we managed to make it work. I would stay here again easily A++++++ Free hot breakfast was very good also

Peaceful and Very Clean. I love that the back gate was opened i dodged a lot of traffic once i discovered it cut back on time since you’ll have to do turn arounds to get on other side of rode and constantly has to wait for traffic. I left notes for requests and they were fulfilled. Hooked up my Roku and watched movies. Took my own WiFi box for my camera to use watch when we left for extra security and safety .

Checking in was quick and easy. Entered my room and there was trash everywhere. They forgot to clean the room. Thankfully, Treasure Bay is across the street so I went to their wonderful crab leg buffet. By the time I got back to the Edgewater my room was clean. A huge selection of television channels. Waffle House in front of the property and very convenient.

We really enjoy coming to Biloxi. It’s not really like it use to be. Much more expensive to dine in some restaurants and can’t get the room service for cleaning like we use to. But we enjoyed our stay despite a few obstacles.

The best thing about our stay was the convenience of having everything in the casino. A couple of things that were unusual; no microwave in the room. Winning tickets didn’t give coins. One of the elevators didn’t work. Parking was a little tough. But I did like the high ceilings in the parking area.

Even though I am not a beach person, driving by the beautiful beaches was nice. I was there to make new acquaintances, and Biloxi has some very nice people. They were all friendly and engaging, and showed me a really good time. I was able to release my stress, and I left Biloxi feeling refreshed and able to relax again.

I love the fact that it is a very family oriented environment. There’s entertainment for adults the eating in the casinos, the beach, the sunsets the amusement parks the go kart track is always fun. The I visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast very regular and I used to live there. I go to cruising the coast and scraping and jeepin the coast every year one of the biggest problems is not enough nice hotels and motels. The quality of the hotel and motel is hit or miss some of the advertising on booking is faults so be careful what you book the pictures aren’t they make out to be

I’m am so disappointed, and may I add so frustrated, at Hyatt Biloxi. I booked my stay 10 days in advance while out enjoying dinner with friends after a long day of activities received a voice mail from hotel staff at 6:26pm the night of our stay that they were unavailable to provide my room due to “housekeeping issues” and cancelled my room/reservations. As you can imagine being exhausted from the day of activities and being reading to settle in, get a shower and some good rest, this ruined our day. There were several big events happening in town, one of which we traveled for to Mississippi for. The only comparable available room we could find was a 40 minute drive away. Might I also add when I tried to call the Hyatt manager that left me the voicemail back no one ever picked up. I do not and will never recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe.
It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe. The roads are great and casinos are easily accessible. Dont spend all your time gambling...get out and explore. The beaches are good but water smells bad and looks dirty...this is a shipyard with many fishing boats docked. Alabama beaches are alot better in every way. We ate at the Hard Rock cafe which is overpriced. I could not eat my french dip...even my fries tasted like fish which I hate but all was forgiven when my hubby and I shared the hot fudge brownie. It was amazing!!! Thanksgiving $35/each buffet was awful (see review). Do your research and stay somewhere else.
The hotel was great, me or my husband was not disappointed we were very excited. We will definitely be back. The rooms were kind of expensive but we booked on booking.com maybe we could have got them cheaper just booking with the hotel. But everything was wonderful, the room was fantastic, everything right in the hotel really didnt have to leave but we went out exploring & had a little Adventure. We drove to Biloxi from Chicago Illinois but it was all worth it.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. It is centrally located near the beach, restaurants, and casinos. It has a very nice pool area. The rooms have a sitting area and small kitchen space. We like the king room with night stands on both sides of the bed. We like this hotel very much, and stay here whenever we visit Biloxi .
My son is in the military and we visited Biloxi 3 times from July 21 - Feb 22. Each time we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accomodating. If I go back, I'll stay there again. I recommend it as a vacation spot for friends. It makes a great hub for short day trips to see surrounding sites.
comfortable, clean, everything worked. good bed, clean sheets and cover. plenty of bathroom towels and condiments. very nice. right on the beach. good view of the Gulf. plenty of parking. next to a large open field for those with service animals to walk their animals in.
Very nice hotel and nice relaxing bed, I did think when I booked you might hear the casino from the room however that was not the case which was nice. In some areas it could do with a bit of TLC but not anything to put you off from booking again.
The location was great, right on the beach, 2 pools to choose from, walking distance to restaurants, across the street from a casino, short drive to others. Also great view of the ocean from the balcony.
Room was terrible. Heat didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Had luke warm water midway thru shower. I was in room 824. Next trip to Biloxi will be to another hotel/casino. Bill Radcliffe,(240) 925-3710
extremely satisfied with room, the check-in-out. Overall the best Hotel/Casino to stay at in Biloxi. Places to eat in the Pearl were great, Loved sitting in them the DECOR was excellent.
Staff was very nice with lots of personality. Room was good for the price. No frills but homey. Old school hotel set up that was rather charming. Pool area was very nice.
STAFF WAS KIND AND FRIENDLY, HOTEL AND ROOMS SUPER CLEAN RESERVATIONS WERE IN ORDER NO ISSUE CHECKING IN CONVENIENT PARKING. LOVE THE MUSIC PLAYING THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL.
The daily free breakfast was fabulous! The hotel is in a great location; just 5 minutes away from casinos and in the middle of lots of restaurants and shopping.
It’s was write on the beach..The rooms where very clean and the front desk staff was very nice..Breakfast was great also.Definitely will be coming back soon
