First off I appreciate the flexibility when it came to me arriving at 1am in the morning and even though the restaurant was closed they still were able to provide me a meal at 2am. I also appreciate the flexibility when it came to extending my stay for a little longer due to a late flight. They accommodated me by putting me in another room.
The staff is courteous, exemplary and whatever negative reviews people had, they clearly don’t appreciate good customer service.
Also Salma and Achref were both the best especially for my first time in Tunisia

Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.
