Location was awesome! Within a few minutes we could be walking on the beach, and could walk for miles! Or we could walk to nearby dining. The staff was incredibly helpful! And the view from the rooftop pool and whirl pool … simply stunning!

The location was a quick walk to the beach, the property is updated and has a washer and dryer in each unit. It’s a boutique hotel so small amount of guests.

Not being from the island is difficult to answer. Never really knew where we were, didn't care. It all seemed the same to me. However access to the beaches were practically in arms reach. Finding them wasn't difficult if your willing to explore, call them "happy accidents". Gas is expensive, but everything is so close we only filled up once--just to oblige the car rental company.
Everything was clean and presentable! Very secure, cameras on the property as well as physical guard at night to include the locking of the drive-in gate and walk in gate which you get a code upon check in for your use. The staff will retrieve a taxi for any and all of your travels when needed. There are two places to eat attached to the Hotel, Simone's for lunch and dinner and Jammin' Gelato for breakfast and desserts. Entire staff was very friendly and professional!!!
It’s very difficult to find a not-overpriced hotel on the Turks. This establishment comes with specious and clean rooms (including kitchen, so one has not to spend so much money in restaurants)… relatively close to a huge supermarket and very close to the (great) beach… you even can rent bikes nearby.
I found the people in general not so welcoming and nice, and this property is no exception.
Travelled around the would, the Turks are not worth the price.
Thank you to all the staff. But especially a big thank you to Weenie, who gave us incredible support in advance. The resort has a very good location for the nearby beaches, including a shuttle service for the private beach. We really liked the informal and very personal atmosphere in the hotel. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. Thanks also to Sam the chef and to Gabriella.
More reasonable price for hotel on Providenciales. Not on the beach but not an issue for us. They do have their own beach nearby with lounges. We liked the 2 separate bedrooms. Nice terrace with view as our villa was higher up an clear view. Friendly and helpful staff and appreciated the late check out. All in all served our purpose as a base for a weekend visit.
Deveraux was an amazing host, everything we asked for he accommodated and more. He showed us all the good places to eat and answered all of our extensive questions about the island. The room was beautiful and had no issues, was very clean and they provided everything we needed. The hotel is on the quieter side of the island but it was a very peaceful get away.
Distant ocean view, large one bedroom condo with huge balcony. Lovely, unique palm trees and colorful flowers all over the property. Two pools on the roof top with seating & views. We stayed for two nights before we got on live aboard scuba boat that docks in near-by Turtle Cove Marina. There are a few nice restaurants close too.
The staff was amazing! This hotel makes you feel at comfort and gives you a bougie resort vibe without it being a resort. Loved my entire stay there, especially our huge balcony where I loved spending my time making content for my page. Will definitely book with them again if we decide to come back to Turks.
The Perfect Host, DM was informative & helpful in every way to ensure we had an enjoyable and
safe stay in turtle cove.Top class accomodation. There was nothing too much for him and a true gentleman.
The people and island are friendly and breath taking views all around as far as the eye can see.
Pool area was nice and had a good view of the ocean. Easy walking to Turtle Cove restaurants that were quite good. Not on the beach but close enough to walk to (8 minute walk). This area of beach is good for snorkeling and practically private in November.
Great location, room was comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for more! It is part of a development where the rooms atop are part of the hotel and these studios seem to be independently owned.
I loved the location. The view from the pool was amazing. Simone's resturant at the hotel has excellent service very polite and welcoming staff. Also the best Mjitos on the Island. Also must go to Omar's
