Loved this hotel - from the moment I checked in the staff were amazing with helpful advice and information. The hotel itself was amazing - two great bars including a rooftop bar with views over the harbour to the Arctic Cathedral. Breakfast was tremendous - loads of choice and beautifully presented. Location on the quayside is perfect (although note parking isn't available but the staff will point you in the direction of free and paid options) - right next to the ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from the airport.

Fantastic! My recent stay at Ami Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 for the location which is minutes away from the pier and the city center. Smooth check-in process, Big, clean and hygienic rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and value for money stay! Room was tastefully decorated and spacious too, The kitchen and other facilities provided by the hotel are impressively comprehensive, Tea Coffee is on the house! Very good location, close to the express bus from the airport. The room was big, with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. The free evening meal is a great option, even if there is not much choice. Sauna and jacuzzi are a plus.
