I’ve been to 50 countries now, and this is undoubtedly one of best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my travels! Specifically: the property and rooms are stunningly beautiful, staff is delightful, food is outstanding, and overall service is top notch. Enormously spacious, cozy, very well equipped penthouse flat with stunning views all around! There was everything you might need and even more. Patrick, the host, made the whole experience super smooth, and we never actually met in person. Parking in garage of the house was very easy and comfortable.

Lovely and ideal little village. The village center with the monastery, church and the grocery are beautiful and idyllic. The village itself does not have much to offer but the trip to Vaduz is only some 15 minutes by car, over quality although hilly roads, so it is quite pleasant and effortless. Most sightseeing and eating opportunities in Liechtenstein are in Vaduz - Schellenberg does not have much to offer to be frank. Hiking options are available though. Mountainous parts near Triesenberg and Malbun are a bit further away.
