İt took me a while to go through all the hotels in Siem Reap on booking.com but İ decided to book Ratana because I liked how the rooms looked and the reviews were great as well. And I never regretted it!
We stayed 5 nights there and could have stayed even longer 😍
Our room was spacious and clean (with daily cleaning and change of towels), the breakfast was diverse with different options everyday, the pool was nice and the staff made our stay very comfortable!
Our girl had a birthday while we were staying and the staff surprised us with a cake and 'happy birthday " song 😍🙏🏼

Bed was super comfy, bathroom was large and the balcony was a nice touch. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and an easy check in process. Location was a 25 min walk away from any 7 elevens, and the prices for water and drinks at the hotel were overpriced. Was nice to be away from the Hussle and Bussle and there is a restaurant a few meters down the road or you can eat at the hotel. Breakfast was good but better to get in early if you want options for all that they offer. Pool was good. Tuk Tuk drivers out the front for easy access to the center.
