We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)

I arrived at this hotel at 12:00 as I had changed my planned accommodation at short notice. Originally we were supposed to check in at 14:00, but they were happy to let us in.
I was especially indebted to Mr Nai, Mr Vanny ,Ms Phen and Mr Solin.
They were very helpful and friendly.
I was worried about travelling alone, but they made the trip very enjoyable!

The staff here are amazing! They really take care of you while visiting. The pool is great on the very hot days. Location is great.
The breakfast in the morning has great variety. Kimsinh was one of the assistance that helped us with whatever we needed. Truly a great guy. If you're lucky to meet him, he will take great care of you.

Exellect service, the staff were very accomodating of all our requests. kids loved playing in the private pool. The free tuk tuk service to pub street is available which is great.
The location may seem bit far from.city centre, but its right opp. Phare, the cambodian circus which is must see show in siem reap after exploring the temple town.
