We love our stay at the Kamo River J-House so much. The house is very clean, the kitchen is very spacious, bedrooms and beds are all super comfortable. Location and facilities are exceptional. The house is located in a quiet area but close to many major tourist attractions. We love the fact that they have bikes for us to borrow so we could bike along the river just across the house - such a great and joyful memories. The owners were extremely helpful and very responsive. In short, we had the best place to stay in Kyoto...so thank you very much! We can't wait to come back to the J-House again.

it really fealt luxury. there is a business area where u can sit and relax while enjoying different drink possibilities. the hotel is super clean and we loved our room. it's completely soundproof which I think they didnt even mention on their website. very close to train station is a big comfort as well if u carry your suitcases...

Room seemed to be the typical size in Japan. Location was ideal and minutes away from Kyoto station. We arrived earlier than check in time were able to keep our luggage with the staff. Check in was very easy, machine operated. The hotel even had tons of umbrellas for guests to use.
