Stayed one night before an early departure flight. Room with four single beds and they are very comfortable. Cleaned well and the room is spacious. We were able to combine two single beds together to sort of make a King by moving the night table to one side. Couldn't do the same for the other two beds as the phone/alarm cables was built into the table and couldn't disconnet to move the table.

Hotel was a short walk from the train station. They had a free Japanese style buffet breakfast but the restaurant was not open at any other time. Only source for food were the vending machines on the first floor.

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
This is not the first time we have stayed here - and again, we were not disappointed. The Hotel is very conveniently located, so close to the train station and just a two stations away from New Chitose Airport. There are also many restaurants nearby - including one excellent Izakaya on the ground floor. The staff are polite, helpful and efficient. They communicate well in English and are knowledgeable about the local area and facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained - and spacious enough for a short stay.
We stayed here prior to a flight from Chitose airport. We had our own car and there was plenty of parking available. Shops/restaurants a short drive away. The appartment was massive and highly recommend for big groups. 3 seperate bedrooms each with 2 x double beds. Sooo much storage and big spacious living area and kitchen. Very clean, will definately stay again.
It sounds crazy but the lighting in the property is amazing, as is the on-site onsen! It’s dark and super relaxing as well as pretty empty so it’s the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. For multi day trips in Hokkaido, I really recommend staying here the night before you depart, it’s in the airport so super convenient and absolutely relaxing.
Perfect location right need to Chitose station -a 10 min train ride to new Chitose international airport, and 30 min train to Sapporo. Aron department store and supermarket right across the road. Our family room was perfect for the 5 of us. Breakfast was simple, tasty and hearty. Parking onsite.
Hotel staff complied with our request for special bedding materials. Breakfast was very good in featuring Hokkaido produce and meats. The location was tops for convenience after a long air travel day.New Chitose Airport was a great place due to its concentration of shops and restaurants.
Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation).
Located near Chitose JR station. Less than 5 mins walk. AEON is also 5 mins walk. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel.
