Very comfortable and clean. The pods had everything we needed with duvets, towels, crockery and cutlery. There is a green area up the road which was ideal for our kids to play football. We enjoyed some delicious homemade cakes from the cafe across the road which also sells a lot of what we needed for our stay including milk, cereal and other basics. The pub next door was ideal for us with pizza and burgers. We had great fun kayaking with Eco Tours on the river which is only a 10 minute walk away. There is also a bus to Dungarvan that we didn’t need to avail of but great to know for future stays. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning in a couple of weeks.

The evening meal was exceptional. Good choice of wines and pleasant service. The breakfast was also fresh and hot. A pleasant room with lovely grounds. We enjoyed a lovely riverside walk close by and the town of Clonmel was also very interesting
