France
We loved it! We only stayed one night enroute to further south after travelling from Canada. it was absolutely perfect for our first night in France. The family was very welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, the courtyard beautiful, and the views from the room were lovely. The hosts made our stay even more perfect by offering us wine in the courtyard to help unwind after a day and a half of travelling. But all of these details are nothing compared to the amazing locally-sourced breakfast that was provided. We felt so lucky to be back in France and I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
11 mi from Sarlat, Le Jaonnet is set in a traditional 200-year-old house featuring stone walls and beams. It offers a garden, terrace, free Wi-Fi in the public areas and bedrooms, and free parking.
Featuring garden views, Le Moulin de Planiol in Le Vigan features accommodations and a garden. Among the facilities at the property, there's also a pool with a view and outdoor fireplace.
This place was excellent. I would not hesitate to return if ever I were nearby. The hosts were nice and friendly and welcoming. The location was in a perfectly calm setting and not far from a cute little French town. I loved it. My only regret was not having more time to spend -- I would love to have chatted more with my hosts.
