The owner of the hotel was very pleasant and super helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our 2 weeks in Switzerland. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Room with the balcony had perfect mountain views; great host (Viviane) who booked us a nice restaurant in a nearby village. We forgot a jacket and Viviane sent it to us quickly. Great service. Breakfast had a lot of local/fresh and homemade food.

There were two Portuguese employees that were super nice and helpful. The location is very good with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The coffee was great! The rooftop view is beautiful (whenever the bartender decides to open)
