This was a lovely, well-run property with nice amenities. The pool and grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. The plantings and paths provided an ambiance of peacefulness and calm. The breakfast was delicious and generous. (We hadn't known that it was an option when we reserved, but were happy to pay for it when it was provided.) The hostess and staff were very friendly and courteous and asked numerous times how we liked our stay and if there was anything they could do for us. There was a heavy rainstorm one evening and they carefully prepared the grounds in advance, moving furniture and towels to safe places, and immediately cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend this property.

It was really hard to leave the place.

Impeccable service, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive staff throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully considered, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The room was nice, had a nice comfortable sleep. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. Waking up to the sounds of birds was an added luxury you get here with natural surroundings. the unobstructed mountain view from my room was a perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The bungalows were very nicely made, with a lot of attention to detail and considering the needs of the guests. We really enjoyed our stay. It was spotless clean and all amenities were super new. There was also a shared kitchen in the garden that we can use. In the morning we were surprised by the size and quality of the breakfast. Owners really do their job with care and love. I would definitely book it again. The location was not right by the Unawatuna Beach but it is easy to access by public or walking. Also, a nice hike to the Jungle Beach.

Staff is very helpful with all the information I wanted. His knowledge of the area is an added value to the property. In room coffee is provided, I was able to cook my fresh food in the house kitchen.

We even prolonged our stay. The place is beautiful - design, swimming pool, nature. You really can feel the surrounding nature, but at the same time very safe. The special thing is awesome breakfast served. Many thanks to the host - Nuwan, who really cares about his guests. He spent a lot of time with us, telling interesting things about his country, helping with some shopping & transport. We even made our own spice to take home with us and went to night crabs hunting on the beach !!!

The room was perfect for two, in a quiet and beautiful location. The decor was lovely, and all the necessary kitchenware was provided. There was a cool and friendly puppy, and it took 7 minutes to get to the beach. The area was clean. We were checked in early in the morning after the flight, which was very pleasant, and homeowners helped organize the transfer. They also assisted in solving all our questions.
