I loved everything about Shanuo. The location is fantastic, right in front to the Rock restaurant. The beach is beautiful and there are many things you can do in the area. The room was simple and spacious with big bathroom. Each room has a balcony with a sea view where breakfast is served every morning. Overall great experience.

Kae Funk Beach Bar and Mangroves Sunset Beach Bar are within short beach walk distance. Lovely and charmingly furnished and operated by a very friendly and welcoming host. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended place to stay in Michamvi.

The location and property is truly magnificent and exactly what you want if you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of stone town or nungwi. The staff is wonderful and kind, the restaurant great, and the pole pole island vibe lived to perfection. I would always come back!
