A large and comfortable space, conveniently located to Queenstown. It had everything we needed for a two night stay. Hassle-free parking, a decent kitchen and we appreciated the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes. There’s a nature trail nearby which was lovely and, like others have mentioned, we loved watching the planes take off and land (we didn’t notice any noise over night). A great base for exploring Queenstown and Arrowtown.

Clean and excellent facilities! The bath tube was great! And the kitty visits were a great addition. The mini fridge and snacks were also much appreciated. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved all the space at Matterhorn Lodge - all the rooms are super spacious and the living areas are large and cosy. Most rooms have perfect views which just add to the luxurious amenities. Perfect place for entertaining our group on a cold Winter week.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mountain View Lodge during our visit to Queenstown, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking scenery that truly lives up to its name. The house itself was immaculate, a testament to the meticulous care taken by the owners. Every corner was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay memorable. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Mountain View Lodge to anyone visiting Queenstown. Whether you're seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature or a comfortable base to explore the area, this place ticks all the boxes.
