A wonderful and beautiful place located in the northwest of Iceland. Olga is a very nice and hospitable person. The house itself is truly Scandinavian, originally decorated and beautiful. It is very clean and nice, lots of toys for children. The kitchen has all the necessary things, including a coffee machine and a dishwasher. In the dining room there is a large table and 2 small ones, there are also several common rooms where you can spend time outside the room. Lovely and peaceful neighborhood! Thank you for everything! The bungalow was very comfortable and cosy, located in the woods. Fairytale and very romantic place. There is a queen size bed, video option with movies, table and small kitchen inside. The bathroom was enough big. We will recommend for dinner the Eyri restaurant on the lake, only 10 minutes away from the property. It´s a gourmet one (higher price level) but all very tasty with an excellend wine choice. Near Akureyri we will highly recommend also to visit the Forest Lagoon (thermal baths).

Absolutely romantic little cabin in the middle of nowhere (on a farm), surrounded by cute animals (horses, duck, sheep and a dog). This cottage has the perfect size for two, including the bed (they are usually very small in Iceland but not here). It has a fully functional kitchen including fridge and microwave, very nice porcelain and overall the owner choose not only very tasteful furniture and fittings but also good quality. Unfortunately we had a cloudy night as this place is ideal for Aurora Borealis watching otherwise. Super nice and responsive owner too.
