New, comfortable hotel with spacious and modern rooms(apartments), big terrace with oceanview and well equipped kitchenette. The gem of this hotel is big (25-30m) heated pool (26-28 ‘C) with very convinient entrances and enough place around for everyone, the pool is open until 20:00 so even after sunset you can dig in a warm water. Tasty breakfast , lovely staff, parking near the entrance - everything was perfect and we are considering to come back to that very same hotel.

Indescribably hospitable hosts, the apartment has everything you could need, thought out to the last detail. Super clean, it feels like we were the first residents. The hosts left water and soft drinks, wine, beer in the refrigerator, and there were fruit baskets on the table. There was also coffee, tea sugar, oil, salt, etc. in the apartment. Parking on the street + pool on the 3th floor. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

The apartment was so good. Clean, calm, comfortable, fantastic beach view, late hour close for swimming pool (10 o'clock in the night which was great for kids). It is very well equipped. Beatriz thought about every detail to be available in the apartment to be satisfied. We appreciate mainly parasol and Beach chairs. We spent 2 great weeks there and we had all the staffs needed. I was surprised as well that I found even the Air fryer:) which I use all the time in my kitchen. Beatriz is very nice and kind. She responded to my messages quickly and gave us a late check out because we had a flight at 10 o'clock in the night. Thank You Beatriz for all. We will not hesitate to contact you once back to Gran Canary. We strongly recommend it.

Very nice apartments in a great location. Very large balcony - it offers a view of the ocean and Taurito. In this place I want to stay for a long time. There is everything you need, and even more. Parking in front of the house, welcome bottle of wine, capsule coffee maker and very friendly hosts.

Very nice accommodation with fantastic view on the bay. This apartment has everything what we needed during our stay plus big terrace were we could eat and enjoy the bay view.This is communal area with pool which was never crowded . The apartment was very clean, exceptionally well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bedroom features a spacious built-in wardrobe. The kitchen accessories and utensils provided were above average. The comfortable terrace with furniture and an awning ensures shade all day, which is crucial during hot days. Having a private parking space is a significant advantage. Upon our arrival, we encountered a minor issue in the apartment, but it was promptly and efficiently resolved. We felt great support and always could rely on assistance.

The apartment has a great view with a big terrace and is very well equipped, making it suitable for longer stays also. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is great if you have a car (free private parking was included), can get easily to the beaches nearby or other attractions. The Taurito beach is 10-15 minute walk. Internet connection was very good.

It has been our second stay at the apartment. And everything was great. I would recommend it to everyone who does not need 5* accommodation and prefers well equipped one, nicely located, and for very reasonable price.
