Excellent! Quiet and friendly neighborhood very close to surfing beach. Kitchen was perfect, house nicely decorated, beds and bedding impeccable, good lighting in all rooms, very clean, fantastic attention to comfort and details.

this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.
