The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

The Location is amazing, right in the center of Heraklion close to everything. Beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious and fully equipped.

Everything almost brand new and great design. Rooms also very clean. We also liked the location, it’s on the first level on the shopping mile. Fresh water bottles were supplied and replaced too. Spacious rooms with enough storage space. We loved the bathroom supplies by Rituals. If you need parking, I would recommend the port parking for 3€/all day parking - it’s approx. 10 minutes walking distance.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. Great location 3 min walk from the city center, everything is near by. Big and comfortable bed and nice baby cot. it’s perfect for staying with toddler or baby. The host was amazing and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!

This suite is one of the perfect and pleasant one in all my trips to Greece. The host Katerina was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a very memorable stay. The place was very thoughtfully decorated with elegant decor and lighting style. It really like home, even though for one day. We wanted to prolong our stay at Blossom Collection, however it was a short trip this time. We are planning to stay for a longer duration here with the amazing port, fortress and the lighthouse view on our next visit. Until next time!

The apartment is completely renovated, the furniture is new and well chosen. The kitchen is also new and has lots of cupboards. The bathroom has a window and a bath + shower. In the bedroom there's a table and a big wardrobe and the bed is comfortable. In the drawers I even found a box with needle + black and white thread and a first-aid kit. There's also a smart TV in the living room and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was really stable. It is a wonderful and comfortable apartment to live in, even for long periods. I loved the colours and the furniture, it gave me a peaceful and carefree feeling. The terrace is huge, with two patios. It is amazing to sit at the table and enjoy the view, both at day and at night.
