Simply fantastic. I worked in hotels; this staff is how I wanted mine. I am humble enough to admit mine was a bar lower. I want the owners to know, that from the janitor to the, housekeeping, reception and so on; you are treated like royalty. That’s your winner. That’s your success. 20 things could’ve gone wrong, and the people you have there, all the things that could go wrong you wouldn’t care and they would work so hard to fix it. Your foundation to you, the owners success is your team. Treat them well, you start having cracks in the foundation you built, you won’t have the loyalty you do, and you will decline in success. Remember, they put you up to. You sit, comfortably, off on holidays because of them. I hope they are paid well; if not; you must give them a raise. Don’t pull the “we may be going to war, the recession” they deserve it. Without them, without the sheer luck of finding that group, you wouldn’t be as popular. Hotel is stunning, but if I was treated poorly; I would’ve rather have packed up and left. Not stay another night and pray for a cancellation to stay one extra night. An amazing surprise happened with the upgrade and I couldn’t have been so shocked and amazed. I nearly cried when I saw the room. I won’t lie, if I was still in the industry and had my own Hotel, I would take the staff. I wouldn’t bat an eye, and I would make sure they were offered a deal they could’ve refuse. They made this weekend amazing. First trip after a major car accident, see if I could handle traveling. They made it successful. My friend who is a widower ( recently ) losing her to lupus (my friend) was made to feel like his life will get better. So hold onto them. All of them. Our gracious hostess showed us around so that we could see all of the magnificent collections. She also told us about the history of the home including the bootleg whiskey that had been boarded up until she bought the house!We loved our rooms. I was in the oak room and my mother was in the parlor room. We also had a delicious breakfast.

Right in the centre of Pittsburgh, situated within a short distance of Point State Park and Andy Warhol Museum, CozySuites Gorgeous SDO Downtown Pittsburgh offers free WiFi, air conditioning and... Central location, was very easy to walk the downtown area and get to the ball game at PNC Park (reason for my trip). Very close to a lot of food options and tourist attractions like the Andy Warhol Museum, Duquesne Incline, Heinz History Museum, Grand Concourse, etc. Great communication by the host, easy check in instructions, studio was super clean and had everything I needed for my stay and more. Onsite gym was also very clean and accessible at all hours, wifi worked great, and I really appreciated having a microwave, walk in closet, and laundry usage. Thank you!

A little sketchy at first, but once through the door, it was very easy to feel at home! Everything from the cleanliness, theme and decor, lighting, and amenities is amazing. I'll be choosing this stay over a hotel any day. It's about a $10 Uber ride to Center City, which was amazing!

HBG 1BR: Modern Vintage Gem is situated in Harrisburg, 4.6 km from National Civil War Museum, 24 km from Hersheys Chocolate World, as well as 25 km from Hersheypark. Everything! And I'm not exaggerating! The location was perfect, as we were attending a concert at the Midtown Arts Center which is literally right around the corner. It was so convenient to be able to walk to and from the venue without worrying about weather. The pricing for one night in this FULL sized apartment was better than any hotel in the area. There is a covered balcony for hanging out with a decent amount of privacy. The TV had Roku which was nice so we had options on what to watch.
