Staff were professional and courteous. I was able to get an early check-in with a room upgrade (through Genius status). The hotel has views of the Haram so you can pray while in the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Dine-in room service was done well. Free shuttle to and from the Masjid was convenient. Concierge was helpful. Room was clean, modern with all necessary amenities.

It felt very cozy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The location isn’t far away from downtown Jeddah. The place is exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the essentials.

In the Al Shatiea district of Jeddah, close to Red Sea Mall, Almasarat Tower Sea View features pool with a view and a washing machine. I enjoyed it very much, It was a very nice apartment with a nice view of the sea, shops are close by. And of course the very great friendly host hamza helped me whenever I needed something. If I pass by again Jeddah I will for sure come back.
