The apartment seems very new and functional with most electrical items available and working well. The size is perfect for a small family. Downstairs there are a few very good restaurants like Sumo, Vervet bakeri and Maskinverkstedet. Wi-Fi works extremely well and the apartment temperature was perfectly set. We extended our stay for a night to go for another evening of northern light viewing and the process of extension was quick and seamless.

The House of Aurora I is a recently renovated apartment in Tromsø, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This is the best stay I have had in a year. Me and my wife went there on March. The place is a little bit far from town but near to a lot of trails walk and aurora spot. All the instructions that you need to get in the apartment are easy to understand. The apartment itself has everything we need. The host is so friendly and he even text me when there’s aurora outside the house which we can just see it through the big windows. Definitely will come back!

Set in Kvaløya and only 12 km from University of Tromsø, Steam Pier offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location right on the Fjord and just a short drive from Tromsø airport. We stayed at the Mink apartment overlooking the Fjord. The space was super modern and efficient with a comfortable bed facing the water and mountains. Nicely equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The communication with the host was excellent and access to the apartment easy with great instructions. Parking on-site! There is a great supermarket on the way to the apartment (X*Extra). Stop there before reaching the apartment to stock-up on food & drinks. Its less than a 5 min drive from there to the apartment. Will definitely stay here again when back in Tromsø.

Situated 500 metres from Polaria, 1.2 km from The Art Museum of Northern Norway and 1.5 km from The University Museum of Tromsø, Two bedroom apartment near the city centre. Nice and cozy apartment, everything was excellent. Heating worked very well and the bathroom had floor heating. All the facilities worked properly and it was nice that there is free parking. We had a small issue with the stove and Veronica answered very promptly, helping us.

Smørfjord Ferieleilighet is set in Russenes. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The host is very friendly and greeted us with welcome food. The house comes with great facilities and a huge smart TV, good for those prefer to stay in the house due to cold temperature at some times. This location is good to take aurora photos with igloo as foreground and flying drone when no wind issue.
