Communication was great, we received a message that we could enter the apartment an hour or two before the usual time, so we could figure out how to use the lock app while it was still light outside. Hint use Google translate if you don't speak Norwegian, because there are three locks that need to be opened. Once you figure it out, it's really efficient. Property is clean, in great condition, and even has an elevator. When we return to Oslo, will definitely rent again if available.
