We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

The accommodation had a splendid location, both for the views from the balcony and because the buses, the restaurants, the supermarket were all close. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking when we wanted that.

It is nothing like a fancy stay but it's really cozy. The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. There is a very good pizza place close by.
