The property and staff exceeded my expectations! With such a reasonable price point I honestly expected sub-par service but Hermann and his staff were exceptional. Hermann provided a daily maid service and made arrangements to get me from the airport. The property sits just off the beach and affords spectacular sea-front views. Every amenity was thoughts of--from utensils to additional trash bags, I wanted for nothing during my stay. I will be back. Keep up the good work, Hermann!!!

This apartment had all that you'd require, nice little kitchen, comfortable seating area, aircon was GREAT, very roomy bedroom, bathroom with water hot/cold, reliable power. This stay is in a gated complex and the security guards were very friendly and super helpful when and if needed. The host is good and reliable able to get a hold if required. I'm an international traveller and this stay was PERFECT. 👌

It is walking distance to the Western-style supermarkets, the PCR testing site, The Derrick restaurant, the museum, etc. The area felt very safe Octave speaks English and was prompt and helpful with his messages. Mireille is the person on site and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to facilitate our transport both on arrival and departure.
