Everything was cousy, new and very clean. The personal was great as well. Guys on the reception were available 0-24 for everything you need. They called cab for us, pointed us where can we find stuff we asked for etc... The breakfast menu was great, it is delivered to your room at the excact time you ask on reception and again it is delicious. The hotel also has parking available which was very important to us. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Next time I'm in Sarajevo I'll definetly stay here again.

The property is authentically Bosnian in the way it is decorated beautifully! It feels regal yet homely and it was nice to see a hotel not afraid of some colour. It is very very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in since being in Europe. The host was also the most welcoming host and offered to help us with whatever we needed. He made himself accessible at all times. We were able to park our car behind the fence in the driveway for free which was great. It is also close to the main shopping centre and is very quiet at night so we were able to get a good rest after travelling and exploring. 10/10!
