The property is very well situated in Yerevan, it is accessible via an elevator, to the 6th floor. There’s a secure door and you can get your keys at reception at any time I think as they are just behind the reception desk. Property manager will send you directions to get there, which is very handy as the property is in a courtyard. In the sale courtyard you have a great breakfast place (Lumen coffee) - with great coffee and vegetarian food options/vegan milk. The room is very clean, it has a mini fridge, a tv, a cattle, and an hairdryer (didn’t use it don’t know if it’s good).
