Situated in Kushiro, within 6.5 km of Kushiro Harbor and 14 km of Kushiro City Zoo, Crane features accommodation with free bikes as well as free private parking for guests who drive. I thought the Crane guesthouse was perfect . The room was clean & comfortable, as were the bathroom & shower room. This place had everything I needed and was nearby to shopping & restaurants. The employee was super helpful, kind & friendly. The buses in Kushiro are not very frequent - but the guesthouse helped me rent a bike with pedal assist that worked amazing. I was so grateful to be able to rent the bike and see the beautiful Kushiro marsh. I recommend if you want to see the cranes or just nature in general.

Offering inner courtyard views, Hororo Style is an accommodation located in Shimo-setsuri, 23 km from Kushiro Harbor and 23 km from Kushiro Station. Everything was perfect! Super tranquil setting with birds singing in the background. We saw a fox peeking in from the driveway ☺️ Neighbours were a distance away and the night was quiet and restful. Home was lovely and the host was very kind.

Breakfast was varied and good, and could be eaten while watching a wide view across the town. There was a great restaurant/izakaya around the corner almost. Room was clean and good.

Rooms were quiet, with a small fridge and a kettle, private bathroom, fresh towels, heating, toothbrushes, slippers, pajamas etc. Wifi worked well and the elevators were quick.
