Friendly helpful staff. Receptionists are really lovely. They always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. I asked to move rooms because the one I was in was too noisy and they gave me another room right away. Have stayed here before and would stay here again if I go to Dundee again.

Room was very spacious and well decorated. Kenny, our host, Kenny, was over the top nice and accommodating allowing us to come in a back entrance from the parking area due to an injury my wife suffered while we out walking one day. The room also had a wonderful Dundee cake and coffee in the room for our first breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable and the shower water had plenty of hot water. It was a nice unit in a convenient location for 4 adults. The host was responsive when contacted.
