My flight was canceled and the staff did everything they could to lessen the blow! They escorted me by shuttle to and from the airport to solve my dilemma...a great relief.

The staff are very friendly. The facilities are quite modern with lots of sensor or finger touch controls. A robot delivered a parcel to my room, which was quite amazing.

We had an 18-hour layover in Beijing, with a small child and an elderly grandfather, we decided not to go to the center, but to rent a hotel in the Daxing area. the hotel is located 9-10 km from the airport, not the closest, by taxi 50 yuan, but 2 times cheaper than Hilton Garden Inn. We checked in at 10, earlier than standard time, and had breakfast. You can wash and dry your clothes for free, and there is a gym. Overall 5 out of 5.
