MALEEKA is the best hostess, friendly, helpful and kind. we like the place so much and will be visiting her before leaving the country. This is a fantastic house with so much space. Place was well located and if you are driving , it is not too far away from the high speed motor way entrance. It was very clean and bedrooms were with AC. Pool area was fantastic. Perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was also equipped if we wanted to cook. The communication with the accommodation was very easy and they always provided with answers to any questions. The caretaker who handed us the key was very friendly and was also very helpful. Highly recommended to saty here. Value for money as well. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Sri Lanka.

A little difficult to find...it is behind a very plain facade, but once inside it was a modern and elegant oasis in the city. Very calming and comfortable lobby. Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back
